The frequency with which the veiw of ancient history changes just reveals how little is known of the period. When writing history from fragments the storyteller often relies as much on imagination as fact. Interpretation of observations is so frequently incorrect (as shown by later observations) that one wonders if the earlier certainties were just stubinly held opinions based on works of fiction.

Actually that footprint is from ET--an alien.

Europe and Africa were one land back then and the Med was just some low lying lakes like the Dead Sea. So it shouldn't be a surprise that humanoids went there. The Med as we know it only is only 15k yrs old or so when the Gibraltar straits broke open letting the Atlantic in and likely the source of the Noah's, etc flood myths that go back at least 6k yrs ago.

There are human foot prints in Texas that date even farther back and you can see them go into a small rock face that they have slowly been pealing back and finding the foot steps keep going.

With only two photos, I don't find either any more compelling than any of the discoverychannel shows bigfoot evidence I've been shown on TV.

JerryD - I've read that theory before and it makes a lot of sense. However, it doesn't explain the world wide flood myths that exit in practically every culture/people spread all over the world. My opinion is that the deluge actually occurred and was hugely disruptive to ancient people and dramatically changed the shape of the landscape. Again, just my opinion based on the evidence I've read and seen in my pretty extensive travels all over the world. To the point of one of the other comments on here, "opinions" seem to be the norm when it comes to trying to piece together the fragmented evidence of ancient history.

Considering the oldest human remains ever found were in Europe, this just backs up the theory that people walked into africa, not out of it.

They are gonna have to show better pictures that look like actual feet than those used above.

What a surprise, wrong again. How does hydrogen and helium form into an octopus, eyeball and everything else in this world.

Those pesky humanoid ancestors just can't seem to stay in one place and make our family tree neat and tidy LOL
