How many miles per gallon? Is it electric or gasoline?

I like hovercraft and there a plenty of jobs where it is the best vehicle for it. But a hovercraft described as efficient the mind boggles. Don't golfers value quiet that thing has to make more noise than an ICE powered cart.

I nominate Bubba Watson and Oakley for the Far More Money Than Brains Award for their hovercraft golf cart. I also declare them the all time uncontested winners (they also take 2nd place) of the FMMTBA, 3rd place goes to thier publicity agent. Good for you Neoteric, somebody had to take thier money, and with your crafts good handling features, let's hope they don't run into someone. I do envy the clods have enough money to do something so stupid, can't say I envy what they did with the money.

Utterly useless to me until they come out with a submarine version.

Hovercraft are LOUD and more wind of any kind is not welcome on a golf course.
Also, hovercraft do not do well on tilted or slanted surfaces.
NOT an ideal application....

Nah, it's not so bad...as long as the purpose isn't actually to ferry golfers in a real course. Put it in a league of its own, then you could just have fun...like golf cart drag racing
