McGuyver made a pen that fires a rocket from random stuff in a shed. For $62, I'm expecting more than just pretty anodized aluminum pen that is also a glass breaker. I mean, at least throw in a handcuff key or something.

Aside from the steel nub that supposedly breaks glass "very easily" what makes this tactical? it really just looks like an expensive pen for nerdy kids and adult douchebags who think that anything labeled tactical will make them a bruce willis character.

You can get a carbide tipped scribe to do the same job for less than 5 bucks.

Unlike nail-scissors, a seriously threatening object.
A pen that I would have to put in to my check-in baggage? How often, while travelling, would that be "about my person"?
I usually fit my possessions into carry-on, to avoid baggage claim and losses, anyway, so if the dumb 'security' system notices this, I'm out $62.

It should at least have a laser in it. And maybe a retractable garrote that comes out the back and doubles as a cord saw. Now THAT'S tactical.

You wouldn't believe how frequently I lose pens while on deep black opps in the most remote and unforgiving locations. A reliable, combat hardened pen can make the difference between failure and victory...between life and death. Back in The Country, deploying this bad boy would make me FEEL really tough. Sign me up!

For that price i wouldn't settle for anything less than a strategic pen that nukes my windshield from orbit.

It won't break a vehicle windshield ... they're laminated. But it will break the side windows. A better choice is a simple, spring-loaded center punch ... about $6 on Amazon. You push it hard on the glass just above the sill, and the window will explode into hundreds of shards. Lotsa fun!

For future reference, "Rite in the Rain" is a brand name.
