This car will be a real pig to reverse - and it\'s aimed at women?
Simon
It will only see production if they cut the width from 1.99 down to at least 1.85. One of the biggest markets for Peugeot outside Europe in the last few years has been Japan. And one of the biggest markets in the world for MPVs happens also to be Japan. Most as the article states are shocking white fridges but Honda with their Odyssey has had huge sales for years among those who want something more sleek. However as parking in Japan is tight to say the least with a large part of the population parking in multi level elevator style lifts, 1.99 is way too wide. 1.85 is about the max. But apart from Japan, I have driven in Paris, Rome, Florence, London and be buggered if I want to drive a 2m wide car on some of those streets. Sorry but this is very much form over function.

Completely agree with Simon, people need to remember that 95% of the world does NOT live in America....similarly the world\'s most popular sport is football, so no need to use the slang word \"soccer\" at all.
Muraculous
Amazing. These French designers are absolutely fantastic in their ability to dovetail form and function to the nth degree. This car will be as iconic as the Citroen SM and probably twice as popular...and its market will be much larger than the league of soccer moms and family movers.

Love it- very innovative marketing idea and awesome interior!

Where are the built in entertainment systems to keep the kids quiet between potty stops?

Not a people mover! This is more of an executive express. Since when have people movers sat only four people? Not going to get my wife and four kids in there.
Being an owner of a people mover I\'m always on the lookout for a cooler model. This Peugeot does look very cool, but there\'s no way those gullwing type doors would be practical. I can just imagine my kids slamming \"their\" door closed on someone getting in the other door...
Add two more seats and I\'ll think about it.

Not very practical. The so called soccer mom also wants to be able to move stuff as well as people. The limited vertical dimension will preclude a lot of things like antiquing and garage saleing where taller furniture might be in the offing. This would be for the rich that have few practical needs.

It is one thing to come up with a great concept in a car.
It is quite another to execute and build it such that it doesn\'t spend most of the time in the shop.
And clearly Peugeot is challenged in the latter.

Given most of you knockers will end up going out and buying one of these ..to prove yourselves right - keep me in mind when you're done as I'd be happy to take possession of a near new second-hand (awesome vehicle!)
