  • Add-on head-up displays are a nice option for those who want to upgrade their car, but can't afford a car upgrade. We spent around a month with the Navdy HUD and found it to be a welcome addition to our dashboard.

  • Garmin's HUD is a portable device that sits on the dashboard of the user's car, working with their smartphone to project a head-up display onto the inside of their windshield. The Hudway app has taken that same basic approach, except that it utilizes just the phone – no projector required.
