Brabus

To celebrate its 45th anniversary, Brabus does something different, stripping the Mercedes-AMG G63 into a downright evil buggy that looks plucked from the side-by-side market. In fact, it's a literal OHV that's no longer street-legal in the least.

Add 200 hp to a high-performance 4x4, boost off-road capability with portal axles, and bolt on a pickup bed. Then paint the thing a white so pure it'll be filthy seconds after rolling out of the garage. That's the Brabus 800 Adventure XLP Superwhite.

Best known for its high-performance Mercedes-Benz variants, Brabus this week introduced its debut motorbike in alliance with KTM. The 1300R builds on the brand new 1290 Super Duke R Evo in a small production run that was snapped up in no time.
-
Behold, ye fast, ye foolish, ye fiscally blessed and ye family laden. Brabus has deigned to furnish worthy garages with a 900-horsepower GLE-based SUV capable of 330 km/h (205 mph). This should be sufficient for most trips to the shops, no?

High-end tuner Brabus has announced refinement and upgrade options for the Mercedes-Benz GLB-Class SUV in both its standard and AMG variants. A Brabified (yep, I just made that up) GLB can have a boosted engine, refined suspension, and more.

It's that time when Brabus reveals one of the weirdest, most extreme new Mercedes-based builds of the year. This year, it's the 800 Adventure XLP truck, an AMG G63 with custom pickup bed, more power and torque, portal axles and a companion drone.
-
The Mercedes-AMG G63 is already a fairly extreme vehicle. The high performance version of the boxy G-Wagen 4WD uses a twin-turbo 4-liter V8 making 585 horsepower. But Brabus sees the extreme as a perfect launching point for the ludicrous, and has turned the G63 into a full-on off-road supercar.

The new Brabus Rocket 900 Cabrio will cost around US$400,000, produces similar power and torque, and has the same top speed as the Rocket 900 hardtop – 217 mph (350 km/h). It will be shown for the first time at Frankfurt next week.

Mercedes isn't exactly known for creating slow cars, but its efforts serve as a base for meaner, madder creations from Brabus. Its latest offering is unusually restrained in the engine stakes, but adds a pinch of power and a shake of extra visual drama to the E-Class Estate.
-
Leave it to the tuning shops to take one of the most extreme vehicles on the market and make it that much more extreme. Starting with Mercedes' own big, oversized G-Class, Brabus has added power, performance and accessories to create the 550 Adventure 4x42.

Brabus business vehicles have long been lusted after by workaholics and digital nomads the world over. Its latest Business Lounge puts more tech than ever at passenger fingertips. If you simply must travel by automobile, not private jet or superyacht, this is the way to do it.

Brabus is known for powerful Mercedes sports cars, but the tuner isn't afraid to set its sights lower. Based on the lowly three-cylinder Smart ForTwo, the Brabus Ultimate 125 adds a little more power, a bit more style and a crazy pricetag to the formula it debuted on the Smart Brabus last year.
