Egypt
Egypt is a transcontinental country located primarily in northeastern Africa, with the Sinai Peninsula extending into Asia, and is home to one of the world's oldest continuous civilizations dating back over 5,000 years to the ancient pharaonic dynasties. Today, it's the most populous country in the Arab world with over 100 million people, most concentrated along the Nile River and its delta, and Cairo serves as both its capital and largest city.
