EOS 5D Mark II

The Canon EOS 5D MkIII is a favorite of professional photographers, but it's getting a bit long in the tooth. At launch in 2012, it was the highest resolution camera the company made, but things have moved on significantly in the past four years. The 5D MkIV brings it up to speed, albeit at a cost.

Canon has released firmware version 2.0.4 for its EOS 5D Mark II that fixes the audio recording problems found in version 2.0.3.

The 2.0.3 firmware update for the Canon EOS 5D brought a range of video shooting enhancements and audio tweaks, but also caused a malfunction that saw the camera unable to record audio in certain circumstances.
