Porsche partners with Frauscher for electric boat based on Macan EV tech

Porsche and Frauscher have taken the first production model of the 850 Fantom Air for a spin on the waters of Lake Garda in Italy, an electric sports boat that's is built around drive technology from the upcoming Porsche Macan electric SUV.

The new 740 Mirage Air has seen power increase from 60 kW to 100 kW, and battery capacity more than doubled from 37.5 kWh to 80 kWh
