    Sea-Eye monitors the oceans even when tipped upside down
    Sea-Eye is a unmanned surface vehicle (USV) that's capable of patrolling the oceans even when it capsizes. Developed by Malaysian researchers the battery-powered USV features a design that enables it to work just as well upside down as right way up.
