The town that Google built: Plans unveiled for large redevelopment project in California

Google released plans for its new Charleston East headquarters back in 2015. After some doubt, the project is now well underway. The company isn't content to stop there, but also has plans for land nearby. It aims to turn it into a pedestrian-friendly area with offices, housing and retail space.

Propeller-like Nexus Building would tower over Pearl River Delta

If a masterplan by PLP Architecture comes to fruition, a new metropolitan center in China's Pearl River Delta will feature one of the tallest buildings in the world. The 595-m (1,952-ft) Nexus Building comprises three offset volumes and is the centerpiece of the scheme.
