Phelon & Moore manufactured motorcycles in Cleckheaton, Yorkshire, England, from 1904 to 1967. The mo-co was brought back to life in 2022, via a consortium of private European and American investors. As of now, the company’s design and development is handled in Italy, and manufacturing in China – all under European supervision.

Phelon & Moore made its comeback in the two-wheeled scene only recently. It looks like the brand isn't resting on its laurels, coming up with an adventure scooter in a span of mere months since its revival. And it's coming for Yamaha and Honda.

Looks like Norton wasn’t the only British motorcycle brand to get a new lease of life. Phelon & Moore is making a loud comeback after having been dormant for decades, with a retro-styled roadster called the Brighton-6 Roadster.
