The team behind the Solowheel electric unicycle has unveiled a learning aid that sweeps away all competition. The Solowheel Brush deploys large brushes where you might expect trainer wheels, providing similar stability but without inhibiting steering.​​

Shane Chen's Inventist is the firm responsible for an e-unicycle known as the Solowheel and the much copied Hovertrax "hoverboard." Now the team has hit Kickstarter with a new smaller and lighter version of the Solowheel called the Iota, which despite the name sports two wheels instead of one.

The race is on amongst the mobility companies for the missing link – the smallest, lightest manpackable form of transport man can conjure and the Yikebike stakes its claim.
