Ian Baker

Ian Baker is an Australian novelist and journalist, with deep editorial experience on mainstream newspapers and specialist magazines. A lifelong motorcyclist and one-time professional motorcycle reviewer, Ian also enjoys bicycle touring, lightweight camping, and cooking. His early formal education in science and engineering gave way to extended studies in the humanities and a doctorate in ethics. He brings a philosopher’s curiosity to his work for New Atlas.
