If you've ever held a camera (especially a nice one), you may relate to the dilemma of carrying it around properly. While on one hand you need to be extremely cautious with your movements to avoid dropping it, you also want to be sure to have it ready as soon as possible to capture that amazing moment ... a moment that may be gone forever just two seconds later.

Professional and hobby photographers from around the world seem to have accepted that this problem would never be solved. Until now.

Get ready to meet a moose

British Columbia's magic world of mountains is home to the moose, one of the most shy forest inhabitants you'll ever try to find as a nature photographer. It's also home to Cotton Carrier, the company that has finally solved the age-old photographer's problem of carrying a camera in a position that is perfectly safe, while still allowing it to be ready to use within a second.

The concept is simple. A harness is attached to a comfortable set of straps that can be worn similarly to a backpack. The camera can be tied to the harness and, as a result, is directly attached to the body of the photographer, rather than being tucked away somewhere deep in a backpack.

Since its successful launch into the photography space more than half a decade ago, Cotton Carrier has allowed thousands of photographers to capture hundreds of moose, waterfalls and all manner of other objects. And while Cotton Carrier isn't guaranteeing you'll find moose, but taking some breathtaking pictures when it happens has certainly never been easier.

A new generation

As Cotton Carrier's popularity grew, so did the feedback the team of five received on their products. As a result, they decided to hit the drawing board for a new, improved design last year. Some of these new additions include a rain cover to keep the camera dry, and an attachable pocket to store even more small equipment.

Fittingly, they named this new generation Cotton Carrier SKOUT. It is an accessory that will make your next adventure trip easier and more exciting by helping you capture the special, fleeting moments that nature throws your way.
