Not all liquors are top shelf, and even those that are can sometimes be harsh and nasty – until you run them through Barmuze. This three-minute machine removes impurities and enhances flavor for smoother spirits and wines every time.
Using a patented clarification process, in which the alcohol is pressurized, then converted into nanoparticles for a fraction of a second, the Barmuze significantly reduces isobutonol and acetal impurities, cutting down on that aggressive burn and nasty taste for a smoother drink. These impurities are converted back into pleasant-tasting esters – the desirable flavor compounds that give liquors their fruity, citrus and woody notes.
Importantly, you lose none of the alcohol content. Instead, you get back an easier-drinking version of whatever alcohol you put through the machine, with a richer and more complex flavor, as confirmed by sommeliers and fine wine experts. Whatever you put in comes out as a better, smoother version of itself, needing less sugary mixers if you're making cocktails, and causing fewer wrinkled-up faces on the first sip.
The process takes 3-4 minutes, it's quiet enough to run without disturbing conversation at your dinner party, and the machine can accept up to a liter (33.8 fl oz) or liquor at a time. There's no filters to replace, and you can clean the Barmuze by putting water in it and running a 30-second clean mode.
