Going greener than average with their latest superyacht, Red Yacht Design and Dykstra Naval Architects skip diesel-electric in favor of diesel-kite power. The Ice Kite also includes a helipad, beach area with waterfall, and toy-carrying tender.

Dutch water sports enthusiast Peter Renssen has created a new hybrid recreational boat which merges kitesurfing with sailing. Dubbed, Kitetender the original prototype has undergone four years of tests and tweaks, resulting in the now ready for commercial release Kitetender 400.
