Lincoln previewed the type of "quiet luxury" it has in mind for its forthcoming flagship at this year's New York Auto Show. The simply named Continental Concept departs sharply from Lincoln's current design language and promises to bring some past cachet back to the Continental nameplate.

Having teased some cursory details last week, McLaren has now revealed the full specs of its upcoming 570S Coupé. The 570S is the first model in McLaren's Sports Series of cars. The company describes it as "a classic sports car with mid-engine rear-wheel drive layout and carbon fiber structure."

McLaren has announced the first model to be launched in its upcoming Sports Series of cars. The 570S Coupé will be a V8-powered two-seater with a carbon fiber structure, and will debut at the New York International Auto Show next week.

Lyons Motor Car is not a carmaker with which many people will be familiar, having only been founded in 2011 and not having ever released a car. All that may be about to change though. If the firm is to be believed, it is set to unveil what will be the world's fastest car at the NY Auto Show.
