The Grand Prix de l'Horlogerie de Genève recognizes the best in watches made in the previous year in a dozen categories plus the "Aiguille d'Or" for the best timepiece of the year - this year, the winner was the DB28 model by De Bethune.

The watch on the right is the Rebellion REB-5, which sells for CHF 189,000 (US$196,000). The one at left is the Rebellion Black Diamond REB-5 and the person who buys it will have parted with 890,000 Swiss francs (US$928,500).
