Fujifilm has just announced the latest in its line of INSTAX instant film cameras, the Mini 90 Neo Classic. Like some of its predecessors, it produces business card-sized prints that are ready moments after the shot has been taken. It also has a unique retro look, however, along with a couple of other new features.

The first of these features is the ability to create double exposures. This is done simply by putting it in Double Exposure Mode, then pressing the shutter release button twice – once with it pointing at each of the two subjects that you wish to be in the final composite shot. As a result, a single sheet of the INSTAX Mini film is exposed to both images.

It's also the first INSTAX to offer macro focus, allowing users to get the lens within 30 to 60 cm (12 to 24 in) of subjects – so if you wanted to create a double exposure of a flower and a smelly cigar, you could do it.

Other features include auto flash and shutter speed, bulb mode, and shooting modes designed for photographing kids or parties.

The INSTAX Mini 90 Neo Classic will be available early next year, priced at US$199.99. INSTAX Mini Film (which has an ISO of 800) is available now, at $19.99 for 20 exposures.
