French sporting goods retailer Decathlon has revealed a smart ebike concept called the Magic Bike 02 that's been designed for solo riding, bikepacking out of town, and taking a child along on the bike itself or seated in a funky trailer.

In 2020, Decathlon updated its classic Quechua 2 Second Tent with the 2 Second Easy, an even smoother variant with faster-packing operation. Decathlon now grows the Easy family with a 3-person variant that's every bit as fast and easy to work.

For over a decade, the 2 Seconds Tent has lived up to its name by all but pitching itself. Decathlon now streamlines the 2 Seconds into the 2 Seconds Easy, using a pull-cord/push-button system to go from car to camp and back with less work than ever.

The winners of the Solar Decathlon 2009 competition, which sees 20 university-led teams from around the world competing to design, build, and operate the most attractive and efficient solar-powered home, have been announced.
