Icona Vulcano

Apparently, being the only titanium car in the world isn't enough to woo a suitable buyer. Icona is shopping the on-off Vulcano Titanium around, and following forays into the USA and China, the car has now returned to Europe.

Supercar boutique Icona set the auto world on fire back in 2013, revealing its Vulcano supercar. Two years later, it's finally doused the flames with the cooling effects of raw titanium. It calls the new Vulcano Titanium the world's first titanium car.

The year was a big one for high-tech, high-price supercar hardware, seeing the restart of several iconic lineages, extravagant special- edition birthday presents, and numerous all-new start-ups with intriguing ideas. Many of these cars really scream out with wildly unique styling.

Icona has unveiled the one-off 950 hp Vulcano hybrid in Shanghai.

The Italian Vulcano supercar has been teased ahead of the Shanghai Auto Show.
