Why jump to low-range e-motorhomes when plug-in hybrids offer practical performance in the present? Fully electric vans are getting there, but plug-in hybrids are there now. Karma previews an even larger, roomier breed of PHEV van and camper van.

Karma continues to preview its future. It's now spotlighting the 1,100-hp four-motor all-electric configuration of future hypercars, a platform that could make possible 2-second 0-60 mph times coupled with 400-mile ranges.

Karma Automotive has announced an expansion to its Revero series with the GTE all-electric model. Visually similar to the Revero, Revero GTS and GT, the GTE will be the fourth model in the series.

Karma Automotive's second electrified vehicle platform, the L4 E-Flex Van supports a full-size van with Level 4 autonomy and battery electric drive power. It's for utility vans first and foremost but could lead to a smarter, cleaner camper vans.

Once again, Karma leaps into an auto show with multiple debuts and announcements. Those start immediately with the impressive SC2, an all-electric 1,100-hp supercar concept, extending through an electrified pickup truck lurking in the shadowy future.

Sennheiser is aiming to take its Ambeo immersive audio technology on the road, and has teamed up with Karma Automotive to kit out a Revero GT with a specially-designed entertainment and communication system to be showcased during Monterey Car Week.

Karma Automotive, the company formerly known as Fisker, ushers in a "new dawn." Its three latest cars make their debut at Auto Shanghai: a fully refreshed, BMW-engined Revero with more power and range than before, a Pininfarina-sculpted Revero coupe, and a high-tech all-electric roadster concept.

Having previewed its arrival with a teaser last month, Karma has whipped the sheet off its the reborn grand tourer​. Although it's wearing a new badge, the Revero carries more than a passing resemblance to the eco-chic Fisker Karma launched in 2011.

When the Fisker Karma launched in 2011, it instantly turned heads. Unfortunately, the financial realities of mass production killed the car before it could truly make an impact. Now, thanks to a fresh injection of Chinese cash, the Karma is back. Thankfully, it looks just as good as ever.​

Europe's independent regulatory body, the Technischer Ueberwachungs Verein (or Technical Inspection Association in English) has given the Fisker Karma a range of 51.6 miles (83 km) in electric mode.

After receiving EPA certification, Fisker Automotive's Karma sedan Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle is finally available for U.S. retail customers.

Shown for the first time at IAA in Frankfurt last week, the Fisker Surf is an eco-friendly luxury/sports "shooting brake" or station wagon, built on the same base as the Fisker Karma - electric drive with gas-engined range extender.
