Further details have dropped on quirky Kiwi company UBCO's lightweight electric dirtbike, the FRX1. At just 132 lb, it packs 15 kW of torquey grunt, and offers a range up to 62 miles – at a price that might make it a winner.
Kiwi company UBCO has worked over its 2WD electric utility bikes for 2020, including a street-legal version, and it's also pulled the covers off its FRX1 e-trailbike, a 20-horsepower, silent mud flinger that looks like an absolute riot.
The Ubco two-wheel drive electric motorbike boasts quite a skill set. Designed to handle difficult terrain, it provides ample carrying capacity, doubles as a portable power source and offers very low running costs.
