Toyota has pulled the cloth off an all-new Tacoma mid-sized pickup truck. The latest rendition of the truck, unveiled in Hawaii, follows its larger siblings, the Tundra and the Sequoia, built on the automaker’s new TNGA-F truck platform.

Toyota debuted a new Tacoma TRD Pro offroad pickup truck at the Chicago Auto Show on February 11. The pickup is the latest in the Toyota Racing Development line of offroad vehicles and includes new performance equipment encased in three new paint colors.

As if a Lexus hoverboard wasn't enough weirdness for one week, Toyota also revealed the Ultimate Utility Vehicle, a Sienna/Tacoma hybrid that will be trekking across North America. The Swagger Wagon has more swagger than ever, along with the newfound mettle to back it up.

In December 2011, this Toyota Tacoma set the World Record for the fastest overland journey to the South Pole, covering 1,114 km (692 miles) in 39 hours and 54 minutes. The vehicle cost US$400,000 and many human lifetimes of experience to build and is to be sold at auction with no reserve.
