Ultraviolette’s forthcoming electric superbike, the F99 has achieved an Indian quarter-mile record of 10.712 seconds. It sets the stage for the brand’s global ambitions as it begins retail sales in Europe. A US release might not be too far off either.

Roehr Motorcycles is to introduce two electric motorcycles before mid-year, topped by a 96 bhp motorcycle with race level performance, 210 lb/ft of torque, and premium suspension and brake components which it has dubbed the eSuperbike.
