Toyota has announced it will build the world's first megawatt-scale carbonate fuel cell power generation plant with a hydrogen fueling station in California. This 'Tri-Gen" facility will use locally-sourced agricultural bio-waste to generate huge amounts of power, lots of hydrogen, and clean water.

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a new flagship design vehicle in the new-generation CLS at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The car features a new exterior design, a new six-cylinder engine, and new suspension technologies. It will enter the market in late 2018 as a 2019 model.
