After first revealing a new APS-C DSLR camera in 2019, and following that with drip-fed tidbits about its new flagship in May and November 2020, Ricoh has now fully pulled back the curtain on the Pentax K-3 Mark III.

Back in May, Ricoh revealed a few details about a new flagship DSLR, which was unnamed at that time. Now the company has officially named the camera the Pentax K-3 Mark III and filled in the specs blanks.

The coronavirus pandemic has seen the cancellation of many of this year's tech shows, including the CP+ 2020 camera show where Ricoh was intending to show off its new APS-C format flagship DSLR. The company went online instead to share a few details.

Pentax Ricoh Imaging is taking its first dip into the enthusiast compact camera market with the launch of the retro Pentax MX-1.

Pentax Ricoh has teamed up with noted designer Marc Newson to create the Pentax K-01 interchangeable lens camera, and a new pancake lens that's said to be the world's thinnest.
