In yet another hiccup for the PSN, an exploit that allows hackers to change a user's password using the very information that was stolen last month has surfaced.

At some stage between the 17th and 19th of April, a hacker gained access to Sony's systems, and retrieved the personal information of 77 million PSN accounts.
