Ricoh boasts that its lenses are the preferred choice of top projector makers around the world, so it's no surprise that its latest laser projector makes use of Ricoh glass "to deliver high-quality, color-rich 4K images from just centimeters away."

PFU America, which is part of the Ricoh Group, has added three laser projectors to its lineup, including its first short-throw model – a WUXGA box built around "advanced 3LCD projection technology" and capable of 4,500 lumens.
