July 30, 2008 Samsung has released two new models for their Q1 Ultra series of ultra-mobile PCs - the businessman's Q1UP-V and the well connected Q1U-CMXP.
The Q1U-CMXP is optimized for connectivity - adding an HSDPA 3G modem to the series-standard connectivity options of 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR and 10/100 BaseTX - while the identical-looking Q1UP-V packs an ultra low voltage 1.33 GHz Core Solo U1500 that provides enough horsepower to run the included Vista Business operating system.
