With companies that blazed the E Ink eReader trail such as Amazon and Kobo branching out into tablets with LCD displays, you might be forgiven for thinking that E Ink technology is on the way out. But E Ink was at IFA to demonstrate that this is far from the case by showcasing new E Ink technology.

eTiger's Cosmic Led is a hybrid unit that is both a speaker and a light bulb. All it takes is plugging it into lamps as well as ceiling roses. The 7.6 Led offers a luminosity that equals or beats a 60W light bulb. Cosmic Led uses Bluetooth wireless standard.
