Germany's Unicat has been building some of Earth's largest, most capable expedition vehicles for decades. For its latest rig, it's cozying up to the American market, turning the Ram 5500 into the Brilliant B63X all-terrain motorhome.

New cars bought in the last few years have twice as many quality problems as they had in 2010. Some well-known brands are averaging more than five issues per car – and the stats show things will probably get a lot worse before they get better.

Ram has been promising best-in-class electric pickup numbers since the 1500 REV was but a whisper, and it now shows what it means. The 654-hp 1500 REV will offer 500 miles of range on battery alone, along with a 2,700-lb payload and 14,000-lb towing.

Ram is trying hard to make up for lost time in getting its first e-pickup out into the world. After showing the 1500 Revolution BEV Concept at CES 2023, it rolled the more polished 1500 REV pickup in front of the cameras during Super Bowl LVII.

The Chicago Auto Show is the oldest and largest of the North American automotive shows. Held annually, the show features a host of ride-and-drives where consumers can get into the vehicles to try them out without dealership pressure.

The new Ram 1500 Revolution BEV doesn't make up all the ground Ram has lost in the electric pickup race, but it's a fun showpiece. The AWD concept boasts 3rd-row seating, an autonomous slow-roll feature and an accompanying battery-boosting robot.

The Specialty Equipment Market Association show (SEMA) happens every year, and usually features some seriously customized vehicles. Mopar’s offerings this year include a nose-thumb at Tesla, a customized plug-in Jeep, and a scary apex predator truck.
