While AI systems amaze and alarm the world in equal measure, they’re about to get even more powerful. Nvidia has announced a new class of supercomputer that will train the next generation of AI models, and put us all out of work far faster.

Nvidia has unveiled its latest lineup of graphics cards, the GeForce RTX 40 series. Built on third-generation architecture, the cards are claimed to boast twice the performance of the RTX 30 series, with a focus on boosting frame rates and ray tracing.

Intel has used CES to unveil a new kind of processor with a Radeon GPU built right into it. By embedding a Radeon RX Vega M Graphics chip into an 8th Gen Intel Core CPU, the new configuration can share power and data more efficiently and boost the graphical grunt in smaller devices.
