Panasonic has launched the S5 Mk II full-frame mirrorless cameras at CES 2023, which sport a new sensor with phase-detection AF for fast and accurate subject tracking, can record 6K video at 30 fps, and there's a built-in fan for extended shooting.

Canon has updated the EOS R6 full-frame mirrorless camera launched in 2020. The Mark II becomes the first in the EOS R range to move to the second generation, and boasts a new image sensor, uncropped 4K video chops, and improved subject-tracking AF.

Way back in 2013, Sony claimed the crown for the world's first full-frame mirrorless cameras with the Alpha 7 and 7R models. Now the fifth-generation 7R has been announced, which unlocks the power of its 61-MP sensor thanks to new Bionz processors.

Following last year's launch of the ZV-1 vlogging compact camera, Sony has announced the first Alpha-series interchangeable lens camera optimized for video creators, which shares many features with its stablemate but includes some tasty extras.
