Cargo ebike pioneer Tern has launched a new family friendly model called the Quick Haul Long, which takes much from the company's premium GSD hauler, but serves it up in a more affordable package.

Combining aspects of a mountain bike, trekking bike and cargo bike, Tern has designed an all-weather, all-terrain pedal-assist gear hauler called the Orox that taps into Bosch power and is dual-battery ready for extended trips into the wild.

Cargo bike specialist Tern launched its first HSD cargo ebike back in 2019, a capable hauler designed to as easy to ride as a regular city ebike. Now the company has reworked the formula for the "stronger and smarter" 2023 models.

Flinging a leg over a commuter ebike or road bike can involve some strange-looking gymnastics, especially for shorter riders. Tern is looking to make mounting up a whole lot easier with an "ultra-low-step" cargo ebike called the NBD.

Tern continues its mission to find just the right blend of compact ebike sizing and load-hauling utility for every urban-dwelling biped. The new Quick Haul might just prove your perfect tool for carrying kids, groceries and more around the city.

Tern has announced a new variant of its HSD cargo commuter that's also its first Class 3 ebike. The HSD S11 rocks a Bosch Performance Line motor for pedal assist up to 28 mph, and a battery big enough for as much as 74 miles between charges.

Tern makes some of the more interesting compact folding bikes on the market. Now it's working with a heavy-hitting partner on the electric drive side, Bosch, to present the Vektron, a compact folding bike with 250 watts of electric assist.
