Californian computer hardware maker Corsair has launched its first gaming laptop, though the Voyager a1600 is also aimed at streamers and content creators and comes with a funky 10-key shortcut panel for Elgato Stream Deck software.

LG is throwing down the gauntlet to consumer tech titans like Acer, Dell and Asus with it's first entry in the gaming laptop arena – aiming to stand out from that crowd with a heady mix of premium hardware, sleek design and a focus on performance.

The cool new tech keeps coming at CES 2021, and gaming firm Razer has joined the party. It's showing off upgrades to its flagship Blade laptop line, as well as an immersive gaming chair concept that features a 60-inch rollout OLED display.

Razer has unleashed the latest update to its Blade Stealth 13 ultraportable gaming machine. As before, there are Full HD and 4K display options, with the former being treated to a competition-beating 120-Hz refresh rate.

Lenovo has launched a bevy of gaming machines featuring 10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen 4000 CPUs and GeForce RTX graphics. Leading the charge is the 7i, with a 240-Hz display, TrueStrike keyboard, long battery life and next-gen cooling technology.

Intel has unveiled its newest generation of laptop processors, the 10th Gen Intel Core H-series, are the first to streak past the 5 GHz mark. And the first batch of devices making use of them are here too.

Intel's 10th Generation Core processors are here to power this year's computing machines, and the Republic of Gamers from Asus has jumped right in with a dual-screen gaming powerhouse called the Zephyrus Duo 15.

Originally debuted at CES 2020, Asus has now priced and detailed the thin, light and powerful Zephyrus G14, which is built around a 4th generation Ryzen 4000 processor, a 120-Hz display and GeForce RTX graphics, and comes with an LED matrix lid.

Razer has debuted updated Blade Stealth ultraportable gaming laptops at IFA 2019 in Berlin today.

Nvidia has unveiled a new entry-level graphics card for its recently-released RTX 20 series. The RTX 2060 has the same focus on ray tracing techniques as the RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti, but strips away some of the higher-end features to bridge the gap between last generation and the new one.

At IFA 2018 today, Acer unveiled the new Predator Triton 900 gaming laptop, with an articulating 4K screen so you can bring the action closer, and an update to its AeroBlade cooling system that's inspired by owls in flight.
